You May Be Eligible for Tuition Assistance

Many of our courses are eligible for vouchers and reimbursement through employers, The Department of Veteran’s Affairs, Workforce 1 Centers, the Department of Unemployment, HRA, ACCES-VR and other government assistance programs.

Work Force Investment Act (WIA) Vouchers may be available for individuals who are unemployed, dislocated, disabled, youth (14 – 21 meeting certain requirements) or displaced workers. For more information:https://labor.ny.gov/workforcenypartners/wioa.shtm 

New York State Educational Incentive Scholarship Program (EIP)
may provide vouchers for qualified applicants. For more information:

Adult Career and Continuing Education Services - Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR) is available for students with disabilities. For more information: www.acces.nysed.gov/vr

Vouchers are also accepted through the GI Bill and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs. For more information: http://www.va.gov

Employment Vouchers may be available through your employer. Contact the Human Resources, Personnel or Training Departments at your place of employment to receive information on vouchers for tuition reimbursement opportunities.

Individual Training Grants (ITGs) ITGs help qualified jobseekers get the specialized training needed to obtain or advance in employment as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Clinical Medical Assistant (CMA) or Armed Security Guard.
