Eugene B. Sohn, Esq. serves as Hostos Community College’s Chief Diversity Officer and reports to the President of the College.  The Office of Compliance and Diversity is responsible for ensuring the College's compliance with University and College policy, and applicable laws pertaining to non-discrimination, equal employment, affirmative action, and reasonable accommodations. In his capacity as Chief Diversity Officer, Mr. Sohn also serves as the College’s Title IX Coordinator, Director of the Sexual Harassment and Intake Committee (SHAIC), 504/ADA Coordinator, and has oversight over College search committees.
