Joseph Goodrich, a writer in the Hostos President’s Office, recently published a book,
People in a Magazine: The Selected Letters of S. N. Behrman and his Editors at The New Yorker.
The book is a collection of correspondence, editorial notes, inter-office memos, and other documents Goodrich edited and annotated to tell the story of the playwright/essayist/biographer S. N. Behrman's 43-year relationship with

The New Yorker said about the work: “To read these dazzling letters between him and his editors is to know Behrman better in all his wit, drive, and penchant for social observation.”
