Quick Learn Sessions

For the first time, starting in Fall 2011, the ACC had been offered a variety of Quick Learn Sessions, which are 15 minutes sessions in different topics. These will help give to the students  the jump-start they need to use computers and other internet resources at Hostos. Sessions are offering in C-598.  This lab is a studying area within the Open lab.
The following topics are been offered:

• Blackboard
• Citizen CUNY
• Hostos E-mail/SSPM (Self-Service Password Management)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic Computer
• Web Browser
• CUNYfirst & Much More

Pre-registration is not required. You simply need to present you Hostos ID at the Help Desk in room C-595.  Prior to attending, please make sure you have an active Hostos E-mail and Citizen CUNY account.
Sessions schedule are spread all day long every day of the week. Schedule for topics are been posted in the computers screen saver and the TV monitors and kiosks around the college.
