Payroll Schedules

To: All Adjunct Faculty

Re: Winter Intersession 2012 Pay Schedule

Commencing with the Winter Intersession 2012 Semester and adhering to the “Guidelines for Processing Adjunct Payrolls” Adjuncts shall be paid on two (2) paydates.

Each paycheck will be computed at 1/2th of total hours for each course submitted by the department.

Although biweekly paychecks will not be based on hours submitted on timesheets, it is imperative that the timesheets schedule below is strictly followed, to indicate that the class is being covered.  Checks will not be released until the timesheet is received in the Payroll Office.
