||Winter Intersession 2014 Pay Schedule
Commencing with the Winter Intersession 2014 Semester and adhering to the “Guidelines for Processing Adjunct Payrolls” Adjuncts shall be paid on two (2) paydates.
Each paycheck will be computed at 1/2th of total hours for each course submitted by the department.
Adjuncts will not be required to fill out timesheets for each work period. Teaching Adjuncts will be required to sign the newly created adjunct attendance agreement which will be signed by them as well as the chairperson or coordinator of that adjunct’s department. As for absences departments will be required to record and submit to the payroll office the attached absence control document attached to this memorandum as soon as an absence occurs.
Payment will not be released until an adjunct’s agreement is present in the Payroll Office.
