Mission Statement
The mission of
Procurement is to ensure efficient and continual operation of the College by
obtaining all goods, equipment and services while ensuring compliance with rules
and regulations set forth by all governing agencies.
Overview
Procurement is a unit of the Division of Administration and Finance dedicated to the
efficient and continual operation of the College by obtaining goods, equipment and services.
In addition, during the purchasing process, Procurement protects the College by practicing
and adhering to purchasing rules and guidelines set forth by CUNY and New York City.
Procurement hopes to better inform the college community of the established purchasing rules
and guidelines by including them on this website along with a printable copy of the purchase
requisition. Please review the rules and guidelines as required.
The Procurement staff is always available to answer any questions you have in regards to
the purchasing rules and guidelines or any other purchasing matters.
