Center for Bronx Non-Profits @ Hostos
The Center for Bronx Non-Profits (CBNP) is a new initiative between Hostos Community College and CAUSE-NY, the intergroup relations division of the Jewish Community Relations Council of NY (JCRC-NY). CBNP is a convening, training, and resource sharing space, working to strengthen the capacity of community leaders and organizations serving the Bronx.
The Bronx Forum
- Training and workshops for non-profits
- Fall 2011 workshop on health care delivery in the Bronx (see below for more information)
We Are The Bronx Fellowship
- Professional development and networking fellowship for Bronx non-profit leaders
- Currently in its third year with Fellows representing a cross-section of Bronx non-profit, community-based, and faith-based organizations
Philanthropic Development Certificate Programs at Hostos
- Affordable certificate programs for non-profit professionals looking to enhance their skills
- Certificate programs include Nonprofit Management, and Grant Writing.
