 At Jefferson Houses Jobs-Plus, a vital and empowering community career center, we help our members rise to greater heights of success in life through our threefold mission. Our first goal is to assist our members in their pursuit of economic independence and security through meaningful employment that provides career and social advancement opportunities. Secondly, Jefferson Houses Jobs-Plus supports members by addressing their needs through a unique benefits package that helps to eliminate economic, educational and social disincentives when seeking and maintaining employment. Lastly, Jefferson Houses Jobs-Plus enriches the unique culture of neighborly support for which East Harlem is most famous.
