Health and Fitness: Swimming for Kids

Swimming I for Kids (Ages 7 to 16)

This course is designed to help beginners learn how to swim and enjoy the water. Fundamental elements of swimming will be covered: breathing, floating, and basic strokes.

Swimming I for Kids Advanced (Ages 7 to 16)

This course is designed for those who have taken Swimming I for Kids or those who know the fundamentals including breathing, floating and basic strokes.
