About Your Password

Your default Password is your birth date in the format of YYYYMMDD. Once you know your password, don't forget to register for the Self-Service Password Management System so you can reset your password in the event that it expires or is forgotten.

If you have changed your password to a different password and if you do not remember that password and have not registered for the Self-Service Password management System, then please visit the Student Help Desk located in the College Computer Open Lab (C Building – Room 595).For more information, please call the Student Help Desk at 718-518-6622.
