Many of these Internet Resources are available in a variety of locations on the Hostos Library Web site, but we have pulled the best together and put them all in one place for your convenience. HELP IN TAKING THE CUNY-WIDE ACT & CPE EXAMS

HELP IN FORMATTING & WRITING BIBLIOGRAPHIES, REFERENCES & FOOTNOTES

There are several different styles of documenting sources and formatting your paper. Your professor will tell you which one s/he wants you to use. The two main styles followed at Hostos are the MLA (Modern Language Association) style, which is used in English and other Humanities courses; and the APA (American Psychological Association) style, which is used in Behavioral Sciences and some medical or dental courses.
