Lab Reservation and Computer Repair Request Forms

Faculty members who wish to use the classroom-teaching labs with their students must present their request in writing. A form can be submitted electronically. A member of the staff, in charge of scheduling, will process the request. Reservations can be made for a few sessions or for the whole semester. To ensure availability, reservation should be made before the semester begins. Any department can reserve the computer labs; however, regularly scheduled classes and events directly supporting the academic mission of the ACC will be given priority, for example, the Business and Mathematics Department have priority for their classes and courses they offer. After these classes are scheduled, others are then considered. Reservations are granted on first come, first served basis. Availability of labs may vary throughout the year based on the school's schedule, maintenance activities, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTEB: A request is NOT a reservation. Do not assume that any lab or equipment is reserved for you unless you receive verbal or written confirmation.

A Professor who wishes to report a computer or printer malfunction in the lab must present the request in writing. A form can be submitted electronically. Please be aware that Computers Repair Request Forms apply ONLY to computers belonging to the Academic Computer Center located in Building C on the 5th Floor.
