ASAP

Program Overview
Required Program CurriculumStudents in the ASAP program pursue one of five majors: liberal arts, business management, early childhood education, community health, or liberal arts/teacher education.
The ScholarshipThe ASAP program offers several financial incentives including:
- Gap tuition assistance for students who receive federal financial aid
- Free textbooks (a value of $500 per semester)
- Free monthly metrocard
ASAP students maintain a full-time courseload of twelve credits or more and attend classes in the morning between the hours of 8am and 1pm. In addition, students in the ASAP Program must have passed all three CUNY entrance exams prior to admittance into the program. Lastly, students entering the program must have completed no more than 12 credits prior to the Fall 2007 semester.
Applying to the ProgramAt this time the ASAP Program is not accepting new applicants.
Program FundingThe ASAP Program is being funded by the Mayor’s Office through the Center for Economic Opportunity.
