EXCEPT/NOT Questions
The except or not questions ask you
to select the choice in the passage
that is not true. These types of
questions are challenging and problematic
because they require you to read
the passage very carefully and numerous
times to determine the correct answer.
To select the correct answer do the
following:
- Read the choices very carefully.
- Refer
the passage to locate support
for each choice.
- Eliminate all the choices
that have support.
