The Instructional Technology Support Center (ITSC)
The Instructional Technology Support Center is an essential component of the Office of Instructional Technology. It was established by the Division of Academic Affairs to provide the physical environment where a team of support staff and mentors can work on a one-to-one basis with the faculty on the design, implementation and use of technology in the curriculum.
The role of the center is to provide both high-end tools and high-level technical support to faculty interested in using technology in their teaching.
The environment provided by the center is ideal for any instructor who would like support to:
- Web-enhance a course
- Convert a course to a hybrid or asynchronous mode
- Use media and technology in the classroom
- Create multimedia presentations
- Develop dynamic display graphics
