This 2nd International and Interdisciplinary Conference on Dominican Studies grows from the increasing presence of Dominican Studies in and throughout institution of higher learning in the United States and the Americas. Scholars, writers, politicians from the States and the Caribbean gather bi-annually to share experiences and perspectives and gauge the pulse of the curriculum being taught and developed.
