To complete the Women’s Studies Option, students must pass Hostos requirements such as the ACT Reading and Writing tests, sixty credits distributed over various academic areas, English 110 (Expository Writing) and English 111 (Literature and Composition). These courses must be completed with a minimum grade of C. Lastly, students must pass the CUNY Proficiency Examination, a graduation requirement.
