Changing jobs
Most student employees will remain in the same job for
the academic year, though some will find it necessary to change jobs. Legally, student
employees are at will employees of the College, and either party may
terminate employment at any time without notice or cause. However, unless extenuating
circumstances exist, common courtesy should be used by the student employee and the
supervisor in giving appropriate notice to the other party.
