The Healthsearch Group is conducting a search for Evercare to identify a candidate for their Director, Network and Sales opportunity. This leadership position is responsible for the oversight and direction of key functional areas responsible for growth and network management at the Pennsylvania EverCare site. This position will facilitate consistent results in the area of new business development, sales and penetration, provider contracting and provider relations. The position is responsible for creating and executing strategies to meet or exceed annual goals and objectives in the areas of growth and site profitability.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Specialized clerical, administrative, technical, or managerial skills needed to perform position: 

  • Ability to develop overall site strategic marketing and business development plan (across all product lines) 

  • Ability to develop and maintain key business relationships in the market 

  • Identify expansion opportunities; lead HCFA application process 

  • Lead the development of new products at the site 

  • Experience directing the sales/marketing group and network management group 

  • Ability to integrate strategic plans for SNF and non-SNF providers 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelors degree in Business or Health Care field, Master's degree highly preferred; 
    Equivalent work experience will be considered. 

  • Five to seven years in program leadership and development in health industry (preferably LTC or Managed Care) 

  • Demonstrated results in at least 2 of the following areas: sales management, network management or new product development 

  • Working knowledge of Medicare, Managed Care and Long Term Care Industry 
    Strong communication skills, sales management, network management and contracting, strategic and critical thinking, knowledge of nursing home industry, great motivator of people, results oriented.
