In order to receive College Discovery
Funds and other supportive services, all first time freshman who apply
to College Discovery must:

Be
economically eligible based on Table III (below) established by the Commissioner
of Education.

Provide proof of income for the preceding calendar
year.

Apply for
a basic educational opportunity grant (PELL) with the appropriate
Federal Government agency.

Apply for
TAP with the Higher Education Services Corporation.

Register
and enroll full time.
