Regardless of the issue, inquiries/complaints can be brought first to the Office of Student Life.  However, referrals will be made to appropriate administration, unit or academic department.  Instructions will be given to the student in C-330 as to what to do next.  The student may also go directly to the appropriate divisional office or department to initiate the process.  The Office of Student Life works collaboratively with other divisions to resolve all inquiries in a fair and satisfying manner.
