Intensive One-on-One Assistance: The Career Services Office offers students one-one one intensive assistance with interviewing skills, resume and cover letter preparation, on-line job search, and referrals to part-time and full-time employment. This service is available to currently enrolled students and alumnae for up to one year following graduation.

Job Referrals: The Placement Specialist provides students with job referrals, coordinates job interviews, and instructs students how to effectively use all of the job resource tools available in the Resource Lab.

Resource Lab: Students must first meet with a staff member prior to gaining access to the Resource Lab. Once students are seen and fully prepared for employment, they may use the lab where they will have access to on-line job banks, a fax machine, phones for job networking, display racks with hundreds of job listings categorized by career fields, and local journals with current job postings. All job postings are updated on a monthly basis.

On-Campus Recruitment: During classes frequent on-campus recruitment as well as an annual job fair provide students with the opportunity to interview with private businesses and government agencies. Students must register with the Career Services Office prior to attending the job fair.

Hours of Operation: During class sessions office hours are as follows:

• Monday through Friday: 9am-5pm
• Evening hours on Wednesday and Thursday by appointment only.
