• Hostos Recognized Distinguished Latino Leaders and Student Scholars at Hispanic Heritage Month Event
  
  Hostos Community College held the “Distinguished Latino Leader Awards & Student Scholars Panel” on Tuesday, October 1, at the Hostos Research Center. This signature event, organized by the President’s Office and the Office of Community Relations, honored the exceptional contributions of Latino leaders in various fields and acknowledged the achievements of outstanding Allied Health student scholars who received well-deserved scholarships.

• Hostos Community College Foundation Golf Fundraiser Exceeds Goals Despite the Rain
  
  A little rain could not stop a wonderful day at the Hostos Community College Foundation’s 18th Annual Golf Outing Classic at the Pelham Bay and Split Rock Golf Courses. When the skies cleared in the evening, Hostos supporters from the Bronx and beyond filled the cocktail and dinner reception, altogether helping the event raise more than $130,000 for scholarships and student services at Hostos.
