Email Migration to M365 for Faculty and Staff

Dear Faculty and Staff,

We have sucessfully completed the email migration to the new Microsoft 365 Email system!

Faculty and staff members can now start using their new Hostos webmail on Microsoft 365. Going forward, all users will need to log in with their CUNY credentials. Enhanced security on your emails requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to be setup before accessing webmail. If you haven’t done this yet, please set up MFA promptly. Once completed, the login process will be seamless as can be seen on this video.



NOTE: The following information applies to all users who have Outlook configured to get Hostos email on their PCs, Macs, Desktops, Laptops, and Mobile devices (This includes Hostos desktops): 
Your Outlook will NOT be able to send and receive emails at this time.

A fix is coming soon.

We encourage everyone to continue using their webmail (Click here to access webmail).

Users can get to this from the Hostos Home Page by clicking on Log in to and then Webmail.

Reminder: Archive emails (Enterprise Vault or EV) will remain accessible in your old mailbox which can accessed via a link. The archives will be moved into your new mailbox at a later time. At the current time emails will be on two different systems.
