Program Learning Outcomes

PLO 1
Students will obtain a broad interdisciplinary education that prepares them to engage in rigorous analysis using methods and theories from various disciplines to address complex problems. 

PLO 2
Students will acquire the ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written form, engage in critical thinking and determine the validity of sources/evidence in multiple contexts.

PLO 3
Students will develop the transferable skills and abilities needed for critical self-reflection, adaptability, and self-teaching necessary for success in academia and the workplace.

PLO 4
Students will develop the ability to engage in continuous reflection, discussion, and intensive interaction with peers, faculty, and staff through curricular and co-curricular activities and support services that promote self-critical reflection, openness to diversity and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
