To qualify, you must:
- Be a New York State resident or eligible for in-state tuition
- Be between the ages of 25–55 as of the semester you apply
- Not currently hold a college degree
- Enroll in an approved associate degree program at Hostos Community College
- File FAFSA and apply for TAP or the NYS DREAM Act, if eligible

To be considered for this program, students must complete the CUNY Admissions application at cuny.edu and submit a FAFSA. All students who select an eligible program will automatically be reviewed for eligibility - no separate process/action is required. Applicants with previous college credits, certificates, or micro credentials are eligible, so long as they have no postsecondary degrees.
