How to access the CUNY Cap and Gown Survey:
- Log into CUNYfirst
- select STUDENT CENTER
- select TASKS and HOLDs
- select GRADUATION SURVEY
- select “CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE SURVEY”
- On the last page, click “Submit”
*You’ll know it is complete when it no longer appears on your graduation checklist*
