Join New York State Senator Jose M. Serrano as he honors President Daisy Cocco De Filippis as one of the Women of DIstinction 2025.
Senator Serrano, a lifelong resident of the South Bronx, has witnessed firsthand the lasting impact that Hostos Community College continues to have in his community. So, he has chosen to recognize and honor President Cocco De Filippis for the significant contributions she has made to the vitality of the community and the socioeconomic mobility of its residents.
