Merengueras Dominicanas celebrates outstanding women in Merengue. Indira Rubiera, Ninoshka and Lidia de la Rosa will perform in an extraordinary evening of típico, modern and super-modern merengue live on the stage of the Main Theater.

Multi-Grammy Nominated Bobby Sanabria MULTIVERSE Big Band will honor the unique connections that New Orleans and Louis Armstrong have to Latin music in this special FREE CONCERT FOR KIDS. The band will rhythmically retrace the African footprints of Latin jazz, from The Big Apple to the Big Easy, and back to Armstrong, who lived much of his adult years in Queens, New York.

Composer-performers Angélica Negrón and Miguel Zenón curate an afternoon of works highlighting the rich musical traditions of Puerto Rico leading up to the annual National Puerto Rican Day Parade. The concert will feature a sensational and wide-ranging array of New York Featured performers and composers including Ahmed Alom, Raquel Acevedo Klein, Angélica Negrón, Victor Pablo, Darian Thomas, and Miguel Zenón.
