In 2018, the acclaimed writer and comedian, Ángel Vázquez, presented his spectacular one-man show, Hecho en Puelto Rico, to a sold-out audience at Hostos Center.

This year, in 2023, he returns with his follow-up work, The Other Side Story. Join us for an unforgettable evening as a Puerto Rican man, new to the harsh streets of New York City, finds himself in El Barrio. From there, he embarks on a journey of enlightenment, discovering the incredible legacies and unwavering resilience of Puerto Rican pioneers who have called the United States their home since 1862. At the end of his journey, the man celebrates the remarkable achievements of the Puerto Rican diaspora and honors their enduring spirit.

The Other Side Story is inspired by true stories, offering a funny, dramatic, and mesmerizing musical experience!
