The primary purpose of the Budget Office is to facilitate the optimal use of the college’s financial resources, and to support academic and administrative resource planning and budgeting with timely, accurate information.
What We Do
The Budget Office provides financial reports to division heads and special program directors, empowering them to make informed fiscal decisions. To this end, the Budget Office staff offers training on the operating budget to division heads and the support staff who assist in the financial control of expenditures.

The Budget Office monitors tax-levy and student technology fee funds; the Business Office manages Auxiliary, Association, and Foundation funds.
