Phased Retirement Program Continuation and new application forms

The University is pleased to announce that the Voluntary Phased Retirement Program for eligible members of the PSC-represented teaching and non-teaching instructional staff will be continued. The applications for Faculty and Professional Staff are online.
 
The revised forms for Faculty and Professional Staff are linked below. Please note the dates for Professional Staff have been revised: (1 year: September 1 – August 31; or 6 months: beginning September 1 or February 1).
 
- Applications for Faculty must be submitted to Human Resources no later than November 15 to phase beginning the following academic year.
 
- Applications for Professional Staff must be submitted to Human Resources no later than November 15 for those beginning to phase the following September 1 and no later than  May 1 for those beginning to phase the following February 1.
