CSTEP/Collegiate Science Technology Entry Program
The objective of the CSTEP program is to increase the number of students from under-represented groups who are pursuing professional licensure and careers in mathematics, science, technology and health-related fields. CSTEP provides academic enrichment, research, and internship experiences  in STEM content areas.

CLIP/CUNY Language Immersion Program
CLIP is an intensive ESL program of 25 hours of instruction each week for entering freshmen who have already been admitted to a CUNY college.

CUNY Start & Math Start
CUNY Start is a low-cost alternative to developmental and remedial classes.
Math Start is an 8-10 week intensive math program that prepares students for success in college by fostering their full math potential.

Office of School College Partnerships (OSCP)
The Office of School-College Partnerships includes College Now, Early College Initiative, and CUNY Explorers. These are all collaborations between CUNY and Department of Education. All courses in OSCP are normal college courses; part of Hostos faculty workload; same syllabus, expectations, and textbook as any other Hostos course.

Office of Supplemental Instruction and Student Engagement Projects
The office strives to bolster learning and strengthen classroom-based college level readiness of first year students enrolled in co-requisite math courses, supplemental instruction (SI) offers targeted support to meet the unique learning needs of the different Hostos student populations that includes incoming freshmen, continuing students, and transfers.

STEP/Science and Technology Entry Program Proyecto Access
The Hostos STEP program is designed to identify social and economically disadvantaged middle and high school students with the potential to become scientists or engineers and provide them with academic enrichment activities and reinforcement in the pursuit of these fields.
