Research Interest:

Nanotechnology and Nanomaterial: Synthesis and characterization of semiconductor nanomaterials (quantum dots)  for solar cells and optoelectronic devices. Currently involved in the colloidal synthesis of nanoparticles and their characterization using UV-Vis, Atomic Force Microscopy (Nanosurf Easy Scan), TEM, Raman and XRD.

Also, significant experience and interests in the growth and characterization of II-VI semiconductor nanomaterials for optoelectronic devices grown by Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE).
