Steps for ELM Access

Enterprise Learning Management (ELM)

The steps below are used to access the Campus Solutions ELM Course Content
  1. Log into CUNYfirst:
  2. Under the Enterprise Menu, click the Enterprise Learning Management (ELM)
  3. From ELM Main Menu, navigate to: Self Service>Learning > Browse Catalog
  4. Select Campus Solutions
  5. Select the applicable area of training.
    Note: Search for and select the applicable content module. For example, Admissions,
    select Admissions.
    Faculty selects Campus Community.
    Note: Displayed are all courses in the module.
  6. Select the applicable course.
    Note: For example, select CS-AD-201. The course activity information will display.
  7. Select the Enroll Button
  8. Select the Submit Enrollment button.
    Note: The enrollment confirmation page will display.
  9. Select the My Learning link on the enrollment confirmation page.
    Note: This will display the My Learning component page.
  10. Select the Course Activity Title for which you are enrolled.
    For example, select CS-AD-201.
  11. Select the Notes/Attachments link.
    Note: Listed are the notes/attachments for course facilitation.
