ACUE Cohort I (2023) With the support of Title V Grant, in recognition on of the Cohort I faculty members' commitment and achievements to the Association of College and University Educators (ACUE) professional development opportunity "Effective Online Teaching Practices", the Office of Academic Affairs (OAA) hosted a Pinning Ceremony on December 19, 2023 at Hostos Community College. President Daisy Cocco De Filippis and Provost and VP of Academic Affaris, Shiang-Kwei Wang attended the celebration. Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and P.I. of Title V, Andrea Fabrizio facilitated the ceremony. Moreover, ACUE faculty facilitator, Prof. Louis Bury, and the representative from ACUE, Executive Director, Sales, Mr. Chris Shenk addressed on the ceremony. Finally, Prof. Asrat Amnie and Prof. Denise Cummings-Clay gave faculty reflections. Faculty members who completed the ACUE PD received a certificate in Effective Teaching Practice Framework and a pin at the ceremony.
