The Office of Institutional Effectiveness, Research and Assessment (OIERA) will monitor, collect data, and report the outcomes of all Title V objectives. OIERA will collaborate with Dr. Meesuk Ahn, the external evaluator, to assist her to produce a third-party independent evaluation by providing all required data and information. 

The external evaluator, Dr. Ahn, will produce annual evaluation reports throughout the duration of the grant. The evaluator will also assist with the completion of federal reporting requirements as established by Title V DHSI. Findings will be presented annually to the PI , OAA leadership, and other interested stakeholders specified by Hostos. A digital copy of the report will be made available to the Hostos community via a secure login accessible from the college website. Furthermore, the evaluator  will collaborate with stakeholders to disseminate evaluation findings to relevant audiences including through peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations.
